This year's JOASH PROJECT from January through March will help to support CUMAC in their much needed ministry. Recent storms have taken a toll on their roof. It is now leaking into their warehouse and needs replacement. A non-Methodist church has pledged $10,000 from their Thanksgiving offering towards replacing the roof. CUMAC is challenging the Churches of the Greater New Jersey Conference (that's us) to match these funds. Please prayerfully consider all that CUMAC does to feed and help the people of the Greater Paterson area and help to support this "JOASH" project. Let's try! May God Bless you for your thoughtful generosity!
Parish Lenten Schedule:
Ash Wed. - Feb. 22 - Service at the Oxford Colonial UMC at 7:00 PM
Maundy Thursday - April 5 - at the Changewater UMC at 7:00 PM

********************
UMCOR (The United Methodist Committee on Relief) is helping those areas most severely hit by the floods and storms in this country. 15,000 "Cleaning Buckets" have already been sent to the area and more will be coming, along with financial support where needed.
To replace "Cleaning Buckets", you can either fill a bucket with the supplies listed below and bring it to church or donate $55.00 for each bucket. Specify that the donation is for "Cleaning Buckets". If you wish to fill a bucket or provide some of the items needed, Barbara and John LeBihan of the Washington UMC will see that they get to either Mission Central in Pennsylvania or the Good Shepherd hub in South Jersey. "Cleaning Buckets" and such supplies are only used in the United States.
You can help by making donations to "Spring Storms" UMCOR Emergency Advance #30213. Every dollar you send will go directly to helping the recovery in the five states (at this time) that need it the most. You can do this through your church or send your donation directly to UMCOR and give your church credit by simply letting UMCOR know and sending it to UMCOR at:
UM Committee on Relief
475 Riverside Drive, Room 1522
New York, NY 10115
(You can also donate online at UMCOR.com. All giving in this manner gives your church credit for "Second Mile Giving".)
